Tasting Notes: Bright lemony colour, with green highlights. Intense floral profile on the nose, aromas of citrus fruits and grapefruit. Elegant in the mouth, with crisp acidity and a long finish.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with vegetable pies, pasta with light white sauce, seafood risotto and grilled fish. Serve at 12οC.
